Students collect a QR-enabled reusable dish from the canteen. Each dish is uniquely tagged and ready to be assigned securely to their account.

Scan and Assign Instantly

Canteen staff scan the dish’s QR code to link it to the student’s profile. The system records the issue date and automatically sets the return deadline.

Return at Any Drop Point

Once finished, students simply return the dish to the designated counter. The QR is scanned again to mark it as returned and stop any penalty charges.
